This gleaming antique condiment stand beautifully reflects the refined aesthetic of the Edwardian era. With the restraint that followed the exuberance of the more lavish Victorian era, this antique silverplated caddy, with its cut crystal components is a gorgeous example of the attention-to-detail and the exacting craftsmanship that was employed during that period.
In the shape of a stylized three-petal flower, the trefoil base stands confidently on its three bun feet and neatly holds its trio of cut crystal vessels: an open salt dip, plus a caster for pepper or other spices and a pot for mustard, both of which have gleaming silverplated lids. At center, a curvaceous handle allows for easy transport to and from the dining table.
With a charmingly stout stature, the faceted crystal caster and pots are all beautifully cut and polished and the mustard and salt pots both include their petite condiment spoons.
